The application exposes a machine-readable health endpoint at /api/health. Dashboard freshness indicators remain the authoritative account-level signal for whether a specific Search Console property has synchronized successfully.
How incidents are communicated
Material service incidents affecting authentication, synchronization, reporting, or billing are communicated through service email when user action is required. Account-specific issues can be reported to support@rankportfolio.com.
Google data availability
Search Console data is delayed and recent preliminary rows can change. A delay originating from Google is different from a RankPortfolio sync failure; the dashboard shows property freshness so users can distinguish them.
